After a great race in Aragon, expectations were high. However, they were certainly met. In this article, we will cover some of the many amazing events and also the rankings from the race.
Marquez Secures Another Win
Marquez secured yet another win in the 2025 season. Not only does this push him further into the lead, but it also marks his 93rd win of his career. This is a massive achievement for him and shows how skilled and fast he truly is on the track.
During the Italian race, he held his P1 position amazingly strong all throughout. It was nearly a faultless drive for Marquez.
This gained him an additional 25 points for the overall rankings, pushing him up to 270 points. This put him exactly 40 points ahead of 2nd place holder, Alex Marquez.
Quartararo Finishes Race
After a bad couple of races recently, it seemed as if all hope was lost. Quartararo has not managed to finish a race since the French Grand Prix- until now.
Quartararo managed to secure a P14 finish after fighting to keep it throughout the race. We have finally caught a glimpse of some improvements from Quartararo. Although it is certainly not a prime Quartararo end to the race, Yamaha have clearly made some positive changes to their technology and strategy.
Everyone is looking forward to his win streak continuing and improving even more in the forthcoming races.
Jorge Martin Update
Martin seems to be recovering amazingly well from his surgery. On Instagram, he provides updates for fans who are anxious to see him back on the track. From the looks and sounds of it, he is well on his way to getting out there once again.
