The 2026 season has been very successful for the rookies of F1. All of them have scored points already, and one has gained a podium position.
However, we are all obviously curious about the season ahead. All of the current rookies are set to drive in 2026, even though Antonelli’s official contract has not been made public.

Kimi Antonelli
Antonelli has performed amazingly well this season, getting his first podium at just 18 years old. He drives well and exhibits his speed and skill in each race.
After skipping F3 entirely, his F2 performance was just as amazing as his F1. Toto Wolff has been all in when it comes to Antonelli – he is the newest Mercedes prodigy.
Ollie Bearman
Ollie Bearman came onto the scene during a 2024 drive, where he replaced Carlos Sainz temporarily. He scored points and impressed many during his debut race. Currently he drives for Haas and has managed to score points for himself and his team.
He is massively impressing many people and bigger teams may want to sign him after his Haas contract is done.
Isack Hadjar
Isack Hadjar is a huge asset to the VCARB team. He outperforms his teammates on a regular basis, and scores points successfully.
From qualifying to race day itself, Hadjar has lots of potential to progress massively, giving us the hope that his 2026 game is going to be even more amazing.
Gabriel Bortoleto
Gabriel Bortoleto is driving in a Sauber this season, performing to the very best of his abilities and managing to gain some useful points.
When Sauber turns to Audi in 2026, we can already imagine the upgrade to his car.
Overall, all rookies are performing amazingly – every single one of them has gained points already! However, it is only with time that we will see who comes out on top. Our prediction is that Antonelli will thrive in Mercedes’ modern machinery, and Bortoleto may rise as an opponent for many with the new and upgraded car…
