Changing Results In The Greek Rally

After a great race in the Italia Sardegna round on the 8th of June, Rally fans have been waiting anxiously for the next round in Greece.

The Greek round was full of some great moments, and changes to the ranks have been made.

Tanak Takes the Win

It is very clear that Ott Tanak is aiming to take the championship lead as soon as possible. If his performance stays like this, it shouldn’t be a problem at all.

This is the first P1 position he has from the 2025 season, and many are predicting that it won’t be his last.

During the race, he performed amazingly on one of the most demanding tracks in rally. The track itself combined with the high temperature weather is so hard to manage, yet the Estonian driver somehow did.

Evans’ First Place Position is in Jeopardy

Elfyn Evans has been sat in 1st place for a while now. Despite not securing a 1st place finish recently, he has managed to fend his opponents off. However, it seems that this is really close to falling out of reach for him.

In the previous round, people were making predictions of an overtake soon. This is still happening as the previously large gap between Evans and Ogier gets increasingly smaller.

After the Greek round, there is a miniscule 9-point gap between the two.

However, there is also another possibility. As of now, there is a 3-point gap between Tanak and Ogier. All’s it would take is a mistake from Ogier and a good performance from Tanak again for him to take 2nd place.

There are many possibilities.

Overall, it was certainly a wild race – but that is what we want! The Estonian round approaches, and people are putting their predictions in already.

But what did you think of the race?
