Description
Mahiki Racing is looking to expand into more championships starting this winter season and into 2025 with the right people to make a winning team!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced hospitality coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Plan and execute all hospitality activities and events for Mahiki Racing, including VIP suites, team dinners, and sponsor receptions.
Guest Management: Coordinate guest invitations, RSVPs, and onsite logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
Catering Management: Oversee catering arrangements, menu selection, and food and beverage service during events.
Venue Coordination: Liaise with event venues and facilities to ensure all hospitality spaces are set up and equipped as required.
Budget Oversight: Manage the hospitality budget, including cost negotiation and expense tracking.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and VIP guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to enhance brand visibility and promote sponsor activation opportunities.
Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from guests and stakeholders to continuously improve hospitality offerings.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Experience in hospitality management, preferably within the motorsports or events industry.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Communication: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure flawless execution of hospitality events.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Flexibility: willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, and travel to race events as required.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and support other departments as needed.
Passion for Motorsports: A genuine passion for motorsports and an understanding of the racing environment are pluses.
