Mahiki Racing is looking to expand into more championships starting this winter season and into 2025 with the right people to make a winning team!

We are currently seeking an experienced and efficient logistics specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and expertise needed to ensure the smooth operation of all logistical aspects of our racing team.

Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Transport Coordination: Manage the transportation of vehicles, equipment, and personnel to and from race events.
Event Logistics: Plan and coordinate all logistical needs for race weekends, including accommodation, catering, and equipment setup.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring everything is in place for each event.
Customs and Regulations: Handle all customs documentation and compliance with international regulations for overseas events.
Supplier Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise before, during, or after events.
Budget Management: Manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, engineering, and management teams to ensure all logistical needs are met.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Experience in logistics management, preferably within the motorsports or automotive industry.
Organisational Skills: exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail is required to ensure all logistical aspects are thoroughly planned and executed.
Communication: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility: ability to adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic environment of motorsports, including frequent travel and irregular working hours.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with motorsport equipment and vehicles is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
