For this role, we are looking for a highly experienced team manager who can handle the fast-paced environment and the tough situations that a team manager has to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the racing team, including drivers, engineers, mechanics, and support staff.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and achieve championship goals.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all aspects of the team are running smoothly and efficiently.
Budget Management: Manage the team's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
Performance Analysis: Analyse race data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and championship rules.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and secure necessary support.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Experience: experience in a managerial role within motorsports, with a strong record of success.
Leadership: exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Technical Knowledge In-depth understanding of motorsport engineering, vehicle dynamics, and race strategy.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with drivers, staff, and external partners.
Flexibility: ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of motorsports, including frequent travel and irregular working hours.
