The 2300 Club, based in Blackburn Lancashire, are the original organisers of the Annual Tunnock’s Tour of Mull Rally. This event is held every October on the Isle of Mull in the Hebrides, Scotland. It is the first `closed road` event held on the British Mainland, by virtue of an Act of Parliament passed in 1990. In 2009 we celebrated our 40th Tour of Mull. That year, we had an entry of 150 cars ranging from the serious club rally contenders through to keen motor sport enthusiasts with little or no experience of rallying!
