What a race! It was pure chaos. From a crazy finish to the race to some amazing celebrations – it was amazing.
In this article, we will go over some of the key highlights as well as the rankings – German Grand Prix and overall.
Only 10 Riders Completed the 30 Laps
The race was beyond crazy. Not only was there adrenaline at every turn, less than half of the riders actually completed the full circuit.
On the MotoGP Germany results, the top 10 are the only people who didn’t either crash out or retire early.
Marc Marquez Takes Another Win
This race marked his 200th race start in his MotoGP career. It was definitely a successful one too! He, yet again, secured a P1 finish to this race and also took even more points for his tally.
As a result of his stellar performance, he now has a gap of 83 points. This puts him at a huge advantage for the forthcoming races. If he gets an injury and has to miss a few races, the chances of him being overtaken is slim.
Marquez is going to take home yet another World Champion title if he continues performing like this.
At the end of the race, he made many younger fans happy with how he celebrated his win. The viral “aura farming” boat race was his dance of choice.
It was certainly a race to watch.
Alex Marquez Recovered Well
After an injury in the pervious Dutch Grand Prix, he seems to have recovered amazingly well. His hand fracture clearly had no negative impact on his performance in Germany as he managed a P2 finish.
Like his brother, and current 1st place in the championship standings, this was a milestone for him. The race marked his 100th race start in his MotoGP racing career. It went amazingly well as he advances his point tally even more.
Overall, it was an amazing yet hectic race. However, this is what we like about MotoGP…
The next round in the Czech Republic approaches quickly, and so does the return of Jorge Martin. Will he be a big enough challenge for Marquez? Or will he fall behind due to his recovery?
