LMP3 racing team – International championships
Contract type: Freelance
Location: Europe – frequent international travel
Availability: As soon as possible / 2026 season

As part of its LMP3 programme, our Prototype Masters team is looking for a Data & Performance Engineer to strengthen its engineering department and optimise car/driver performance on the track.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing car and driver data (telemetry, analysis, interpretation, coaching, setup, etc.)
• Optimising chassis, engine and tyre performance
• Preparing for track days and race weekends
• Monitoring performance in practice, qualifying and races
• Technical debriefing with drivers and the engineering team
• Developing and improving data analysis tools
• Working closely with race engineers and mechanics

Required profile

• Experience in LMP3, GT or single-seater racing desirable
• Proficiency in Wintax data analysis tools
• Good understanding of vehicle dynamics and tyre performance
• Fluent English essential (French is a plus)
