Description

Car was built by Ashadi RallySport in 2012 to compete in the 2013 Rally Barbados, to mark 10years since their first outing in the event in 2003. Following the Barbados event the team decided to enter the car into the 2014 MSA REIS Asphalt Championship, whilst also competing the the 2014 ANEMMC Roadrunner Championship.

The base car VW Golf GTi MK4 was obtained from a family member after being their company car from new - so full service history was known.

The car was then taken back to a bare shell and rebuilt. The list below is extensive but not exhaustive - a link to a build gallery can be given for those interested, along with numerous event images. Items such as seats, harnesses and extinguisher service will now be out of date for MSUK / FIA events and will need updated to suit the requirements of the new owner.

Bodywork -

stripped to bare shell before strengthening and lightening

Will come with everything I have for it - so will need a van and trailer on collection (12 wheels, spare hatch, spare bits and bobs etc. may be an spare engine kicking around as well)
