With continued growth in global markets, we are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the motorsport, automotive, and OEM sectors.
The Opportunity:
As our Global Sales Manager, you will take ownership of Aim’s worldwide sales strategy and execution. Your mission is to accelerate growth through retail, trade, and OEM partnerships, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the motorsport and automotive ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping Aim’s commercial success - identifying new market opportunities, developing global distribution channels, and representing Aim at leading industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive global sales growth across motorsport and automotive markets.
-Develop and manage strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, race teams, and OEMs.
-Identify and secure new business opportunities in emerging markets and technologies.
-Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to align sales strategies with Aim’s innovation roadmap.
-Represent Aim at international trade shows, race events, and industry conferences.
-Provide accurate sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
-Support and develop our trade network.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in international sales leadership within motorsport, performance automotive, or related technology sectors.
Strong network of industry contacts (motorsport teams, race series, distributors, or OEMs).
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and events.
Passion for motorsport and performance technology.
