THE ROLE:

​As we prepare for the 2025 Dakar Rally, we’re looking to appoint a number of Rally Raid Technicians to support our evolving Rally Raid team (both Event & Test Teams).

A comprehensive test schedule is nearly underway, and we’re looking for a number of Rally Raid Technicians to support the programme.

​The roles require a high level of technical knowledge and there is a requirement for world travel as well as a flexible approach to working hours. Previous rally raid experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

There are also opportunities for Freelance work available.

​The role and responsibilities include:

• Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of build throughout.
• Supporting test and event activities.
• Assisting with fault diagnosis.
• Working closely with Engineers and Senior Technicians with development work.

​WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

​We’re looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude; and a shared determination to deliver the very best results.

​You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.

​You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

​You should have to communicate effectively to all team members. Along with a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.

​You should have at least 2 years of Motorsport experience as a Race/Rally Technician in a similar highly competitive series.

​You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance.
